Alex the manager was an amazing host. He was knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming. We felt very much at home. He was helpful with answering our questions. Breakfast was very good.

The staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful. This place has beautiful mountain view. The place is clean, very quiet, and nice. They made our stay so enjoyable and comfortable. It's only 10 minutes walk to the train station. It's a wonderful place to stay.

The manager of owner, Alex, was so kind and welcoming! He was great at talking to us about the town, recommendations, etc. you can tell he loves what he does and his town! The lady who runs the kitchen was also very kind. We had an overall good stay and would stay here again. It is about a 7-10 minute walk to the main square but felt safe walking back to the hotel at night. Fresh squeezed OJ every morning was delicious. Thank you for a great stay!

Checked us in right away without warning when we showed up around noon. They went the extra mile to try and serve us breakfast at 5:30am because we had an early train to aguas calientes. Unfortunately I had a stomach ailment so she gave me a tea that helped. They did some of our laundry and got it back to us on time. The beds had really comfortable blankets. The shower had hot water.

Wonderful hotel! Love supporting family-run businesses. A short walk to the main square and a short ride via mototaxi to the train station (the host can call one for you). The property is clean, quiet, and had everything we needed. We spent the evening outside relaxing in the beautiful weather and enjoyed a yummy breakfast the next morning (included) before heading out to Machu Picchu. Would definitely recommend and stay there again!

its a hidden gem of the city. Freshly renovated, new family runs hotel. Alex ( the owner) is a very hospitable and helpful person. He gave us a lot of info about the city and the shortest way to reach the train station (10 min). Also, one of our friend had a food poisoning and Alex helped us with giving a natural tea. it helped a lot. We are highly recommend this place!!!

The bedroom was great and the bed was really comfortable. The breakfast was good and with an amazing view! The best coffee we had in Peru! The eggs were done by demand what it was great and they were warm/hot. They offered a wide fruits with yogurt, local bread, jam, butter, juices etc. The hotel is well located, close to the main square and to good restaurants. It's a safe area and you can walk on the streets at any time.

Rooms were very comfortable and clean. Spacious enough for our needs. The grounds were beautiful. Far enough from the town center to be quiet (though you can hear the train from anywhere in town) but easy to walk to downtown or the Ollytantambo ruins (or pay a few soles for a taxi). The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Alex, one of the owners, made sure we had a great experience. he gave us great suggestions of what to do around town and played games with my husband and I for a few hours outdoors one night. the property is gorgeous, the rooms very comfortable and clean, the staff was friendly, and it was quiet.

The property is beautiful with mountain views. Alex handles the property and he took really good care of me. He helped me with transportation and other requirements as well. He took time out to explain me about the Inkan culture. Property is slightly away from the main plaza but I felt really safe and comfortable during my stay. I had booked my stay only for 2 days but I extended my stay for 2 more days.
